• Fees: Fees for services are specified in the Service Agreement. Payment is due as agreed, typically in advance or upon milestones.
• Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement, except where required by law.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (e.g., text, logos, images) is owned by Philippines Investigations or the Teser Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
